The Jasper County Grand Jury held a session Tuesday, July 3, and after hearing evidence that was submitted by District Attorney Steve Hollis and his assistants, handed down indictments charging 28 individuals with various crimes, including five individuals from Kirbyville.

Phillip Dandre McBride, 28, of Jasper was charged with Possession of an Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in November of 2011.

Wilmor Ray Bebee, 56, of Kirbyville, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Angela Renee Ellis, 41, of Buna, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more.

Thomas Allen Parker, 46, of Kirbyville, was charged with Assault of a Public Servant, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in March of 2012.

Keyarika Diggles, 25, of Jasper, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Sean Shives, 18, of Jasper, was charged with Sexual Assault of a Child, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2012.

Aisha White, 35, of Jasper, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age in the vehicle, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Marvin Royce McElroy, 44, of Jasper, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or more, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Tametra C. Shankle, 32, of Jasper, was charged with Theft of Property in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in December of 2009.

Theado Carter, Jr., 55, of Jasper, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Torsha Yolanda Lewis, 39, of Newton, was charged with Tampering or Fabricating Evidence and Possession of a Controlled Substance in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in October of 2011.

Kendrick Roshun Diggles, 25, of Kirbyville, was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Joshua Terrell Johnson, 25, of Jasper, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in September of 2011.

Tiffany Nicole Holloway, 35, of Jasper, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in April of 2010.

Steve Edward Lewis, Jr., 32, was charged with the Manufactur and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in April of 2010.

Quintin Lekinz Richards, 23, of Brookeland, was charged with Attempted Sexual Performance of a Child, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in April of 2012.

Alvin Booker, 61, of Kirbyville, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Stephen Henry Curtis, 54, of Buna, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Joseph Shawn Laughlin, 35, of Vinton, Louisiana, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in March of 2010.

Cynthia Suzanne Harvey, 28, of Call, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Joseph Lee Odom, 39, of Kirbyville, was charged with the Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in December of 2011.

Josey Dell Ellington, 31, of Buna, was charged with Evading Arrest and Detention With a Vehicle, Delivery of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, in connection with incidents alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Phillip Shayne Horn, 27, of Buna, was charged with Delivery of Marijuana, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Shirley Haislip Santos, 65, of Vidor, was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in February of 2010.

Robert Joseph Murphy, 24, of Vidor, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Manufacture and Delivery of Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Donna Lynn Ruso, 44, of Buna, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in January of 2010.

Gary Deandre Smith, 24, of Jasper, was charged with Tampering With or Fabricating Evidence, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in March of 2012.

Gary Quinn Petty, Jr. was charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in July of 2011.
