The Hardin County Sheriff’s Department has released the following information. Each individual named in this report is considered to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

John Pickering, Kountze, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, theft, driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Bonds totaled $27,500.
