Silsbee Oaks resident still sharp at age 101

Edna Buck will soon be 101 years old. She was born Oct. 25, 1922 in Hemphill, Texas. Now a resident of the Silsbee Oaks Health Care Center, she has lived in Southeast Texas most of her life, except for a few years while her husband was in the U.S. Army in World War II.
