It has been said that one of the best kept secrets in Silsbee is a weekly happening called Threads of Hope. Someone said the group is a sewing circle. They were insulted and let it be known in no uncertain terms that they call themselves “Rosie the Riveter’s Resource Manufacturers.” Whatever they are called, they are providing a wonderful service for abused children and others who are needy. …
