Crowd attends ceremony opening new fire station

About 400 people came for a grand opening ceremony for the new state-of-theart Silsbee Fire Station located on the southwest corner of FM 418 and Fifth Street. The event included speeches by several, a ribbon cutting and a tour of the new 16,000 square foot facility.
