CHARLES ROACH

Charles R. Roach, 75, of Richmond, Texas passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024. He was born in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Charlie had a BS from the University of Texas Medical Branch – Physician Assistant, was a graduate of South Texas College of Law 1991, he was a former Assistant District Attorney for Hardin County and Hays County, and was a former District Attorney for Hardin County. Charlie was a United States Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Lee Ellen Yoksh Roach; children, Shane Roach of Austin and Jessica Roach and husband, Chuck Nguyen of Sugar Land, Texas; brothers, Jim Roach and wife Lauren of Dallas, Texas and Carl Roach of Atoy, Texas; sister, Anita Roach Smallwood and husband Andy of Pearland, Texas; and one grandchild.
