James Armstrong Sr.

James Leon Armstrong Sr., 89, of Lumberton, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024. He was born in Buna, Texas to the late James Emmet Armstrong and Mary Ann Curry Armstrong.

Funeral service was Friday, March 8 at First Baptist Church in Lumberton with burial following at Forrest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Lumberton Family Funeral Home in Lumberton.

Survivors include his children, J.L. Armstrong Jr. and wife Christine and Rosalind Lea Green and husband Rodney; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
