Ricky Loftin

Ricky Lynn Loftin, 67, of Fred, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. He was born on July 6, 1956, in Kountze to the late Raymond Loftin and Rosie Tanton Loftin. He worked as a boilermaker.

Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Friday, March 1 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with Reverend Arthur Lee Crawford officiating. Burial followed at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Serving as pallbearers were Jake Eason, Buddy Eason, Buck Eason, Calvin Eason Jr., Adrian Holyfield, and Troy Holyfield.

Ricky was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Lila Loftin; parents, Raymond Loftin and Rosie Tanton Loftin; sisters, Betty Fountain, Laura Faye Garsee and Onetta Eason; and brothers, Jim Loftin, Carroll Loftin, Walter Loftin, Randy Loftin, Dennis Loftin and Roy Loftin.

Survivors include his sisters, Billie Wilson and Gail Essary; 11 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
