Ronald Layne Flanagan, 67, of Silsbee, Texas passed away Monday, February 18, 2024.
Funeral service was Saturday, February 24 at New Bethel Baptist Church in Silsbee with burial following at Kirby Cemetery in Silsbee under the direction of Proctor’s Mortuary in Beaumont.
